Our 30-Day Stays-On Guarantee

Our booties are made to stay on little feet. If they keep falling off, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@ellabonna.com with your order number and a short note (a photo helps). We will refund the price of the booties to your original payment method. If we need the pair back, we will send you a prepaid return label.

Free Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? Size exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery. Email us at info@ellabonna.com with your order number and the size you need. We will send you a prepaid return label and ship the new size as soon as it is available. Please send the pair back unworn and unwashed.

Returns

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@ellabonna.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards cannot be returned. Sale items can be exchanged for a different size and are covered by the Stays-On Guarantee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@ellabonna.com.
